Welcome to Third Grade at Kenwood School!

Third Grade is the beginning of a journey from primary to intermediate learning. It is a year of transition. The journey goes from addition to multiplication, from printing to cursive, and from picture books to chapter books. Children work to become independent thinkers and learners.

At Kenwood School, the third grade consists of two classrooms. Our classrooms have a curriculum rich in the Arts. The main goal of third grade is to integrate learning into all areas of the curriculum.
