Welcome to Second Grade!

Second grade is a very big step in a student's life. It is a time of becoming used to routines and understanding their importance. It is a time when the letters and the sounds are being mastered. There are a variety of ways and a large number of opportunities for students to express themselves using the written language. A child's sense of numbers is also growing and making more sense in the real world. During second grade at Kenwood School, the students will develop all of their multi-intelligence skills and be the very best they can be!
