Hello!

My name is Kennedy Treichler. My students call me "Mrs. Kennedy" or "Mrs. K". I am a 1st Grade teacher. I feel so lucky to be a part of the Kenwood Community. 

A few things to know about me;

• I live with my husband (Cal) and our dog (Penny) in Richfield.

• I went to the University of Minnesota for my undergraduate and graduate studies in Elementary Education.

• I have been teaching since 2018 and have experience in Pre-K and Kindergarten. This will be my second year in Minneapolis School District.

• I love to read, hike, and take care of my houseplants.

As an educator, my passion is to provide a safe and welcoming community to all students and families. I hope to provide equitable instruction based on the needs of each child and foster a love of learning.
